To Track new course or book create new linked-database - /create linked database and choose CONTENTS database
1. Add a view as table name it as the course name (Next to the CONTENTS
2. Adjust colums accordingly
3. click on three dots from that menu selct sort and add select schedule > ascending
4. Now add filter > Name > contains > course Name
OPTIONAL SETTINGS
5. if you've already setup dates for schedule you can filter by week ex: I have scheduled a full month and I want to
disply them weekly wise
6. add a filter > Week > is > checked
NOTE: By doing this, every course data is stored in one single database.
Using a linked database and filtering with course names so every course stays in the same database
if you want, you can create a new database for each course
but it's a long process since you have to deal with each course separately.
